You will learn to heal yourself, others, plants and animals. Usui Reiki Master Teacher Adriana Mezgova will teach an intimate group of students in an intense one-day certification course. Class is approximately 7-8 hours. Time varies on location. Space is limited.

WHAT TO BRING?
- Pen and notebook
- Comfortable clothing, jackets for a/c rooms (to be able to climb onto a massage/reiki table to give and receive reiki)
- Water, lunch and snacks
HOW TO PREPARE BEFORE CLASS?
- Please abstain from consuming animal meat starting Friday, Saturday and Sunday until your final attunement is done.
- Coffee is not recommended.
- Herbal teas are preferred.
The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time. Each student experiences giving and receiving a complete treatment using scanning and the hand placement system. Practice time is given using all the Reiki 2 symbols as well as the for techniques mentioned above. You might start feeling tired, have many vivid dreams in the night time as your guides are cleaning and clearing you out and preparing you for this special class and attunements. Becoming Reiki attuned is often life changing as many of your talents and gifts will become enhanced or come on board. Looking forward to having you in class!
